Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
- Used items
- Damaged items caused by improper use
- Items returned without prior contact

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
